Our users aren’t blessed with tons of free time so we knew we needed to create fast pathways to valuable content. To achieve this, we locked on using select color assignments for each Channel’s artwork, making use of familiar color throughout.
We chose to reserve faces in our community artwork for high value moments in much the same way. We selectively feature faces of our founders, members, and occasionally sales movie highlights.
The Strategic Sales Network is built around the idea that sellers are so much more than the revenue they generate and the contracts they sign. There’s a depth to every seller as a human in the process that, when given the space to show up and be heard, creates a powerful dynamic centered in curiosity, candor, and a drive to grow together.
We wanted our brand illustrations to reflect that thinking. In our content hub, we explore the depth of illustration; its symbolism, abstraction, and diversity of meaning.
Our community program evokes a strong sense of emotional activation through the activities we promote, our tone and voice in communications, and the confidence our content builds when it’s helping a seller advance their career through a meaningful interaction. The StrategicSales Network has helped us achieve a greater 1:1 connection with our audience and anecdotally we’ve heard extremely positive responses to how our brand is creating a strong sense of belonging, trust, and the drive to be part of starting something new.
We struck out to create a community that people are proud to be part of, and a strong brand that people are excited to share with their peers.
